every one of those states carries a "see pricing at peddra.com" button, and beneath it: already bought? paste your license key.
once licensed, the card reads "licensed to this Mac." with your renewal date beneath and a sign-out affordance. if a license check comes due while you are offline, it says plainly: license check due; connect to the internet.
"Apple Intelligence reads and prepares your chats on this Mac. free, always on, takes its time." turn it off and your cloud model becomes the main button on every chat. it still runs only when you click.
