These terms are an agreement between you and Maltby Ventures LLC ("we", "us") covering the Peddra application ("Peddra", "the app"). By clicking "I agree" in the app, or by installing or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. The free meter is free forever. This license is for you alone; it does not extend to anyone you share a Mac with unless they accept these terms themselves.

The app computes estimates of usage, costs, and avoidable spend from your local data, priced at published list rates. These figures are informational. They are not billing statements, not accounting records, and not financial or investment advice. Your actual charges from Anthropic or any other provider are determined solely by that provider and may differ from what the app shows. Where the app labels a figure an estimate, counterfactual, or inference, that label is part of the figure and must be read with it.
Peddra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC or Apple Inc. Claude, Claude Code, Mac, macOS, and Apple Intelligence are trademarks of their respective owners. References to them in the app and in these terms are descriptive: they identify the products Peddra reads from and runs alongside, nothing more.
Paid features ("Peddra Pro"), when available, launch at $19.99 per month or $199 per year, sold as a subscription through a third-party merchant of record whose checkout terms govern payment, renewal, and refunds. Prices are as stated at purchase; a price stated as grandfathered at purchase stays yours while your subscription remains active without a lapse. You may cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. If a subscription lapses, paid features stop; the free meter continues.
The app reads local files as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the app, and to read the transcript and usage files it reads, on the machine where you run it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app is error-free, uninterrupted, or that its estimates match any provider's actual billing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty dollars ($50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
You may stop using the app, and delete it, at any time. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the numbers-are-estimates, no-warranty, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law sections) survive it.
The app includes third-party components (including fonts) used under their own licenses, listed in the app's acknowledgments.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at peddra.com before they take effect. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these terms or the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be read to achieve its intent as closely as the law allows.
